Booking Policy

DEPOSIT

For all brow and scalp micropigmentation services, A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit is used towards the total costs of your procedure. The remainder is due at your scheduled appointment.Deposit is only transferable if you contact us within 96 hours prior to your schedule appointment then you will be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment without losing your $100 deposit.If you are a no show or more than 15 minute  late to your appointment, we have the right to keep your $100 deposit for the time we reserved for you. We can not and will not rush perfection.

NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes things happen and you can’t make it. We respectfully request at least a 96  hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Keep in mind that when you forget or cancel your appointment last minute, we can’t fill that appointment slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Clients who no show or cancel the same day will lose their $100 deposit and will have to pay another $100 deposit to reschedule. In case you were a no show or cancel the same day again, your deposit will not be refunded.

REFUND

NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE. We can transfer your deposit to a later date for the service or another service but deposit will not be refunded due to cancellations. BrowScalp Solutions LLC do not offer any refunds on procedures that are already done. The client is made aware of the risks associated prior to completing the procedure and consents to paying the prices listed on the consent form by signing their name & signature.

LATE POLICY

Due to scheduling commitments, we will cancel your appointment if you  are more than 15 minutes late and you will lose your deposit. Your deposit will not be refunded. We can not and will not rush perfection.

BROW TOUCH-UP AND BROW CORRECTION

Touch Up and Brow Correction are not available for booking online. Touch Up are for returning clients only. For brow touch up appointments please call or text  us directly at (623) 698-3130.  Clients with previous work done by a different artist is booked for a brow correction and must get pre-approved before booking. Please take the following steps

STEP 1: EMAIL PERTINENT PHOTOS -Please have a friend, family, or spouse help you take 3 photos without makeup in natural light that can show front of both eyebrows, right side of whole eyebrow, and left side of whole eyebrow. In the subject line of your email, please put Brow Correction-your full name

STEP 2: Once we receive your email, Lynn will reach out to you to schedule a phone consultation to discuss your concerns, give you recommendations, procedure options, pricing, and help you schedule the brow procedure appointment.
